Friday

  • 6pm  - Gate Opens
  • 7pm - Merchants Open
  • 9pm -  Gate Closes
  • 10pm - Merchants Close

Saturday

  • 9 am   -Gate Opens 

      -Heavy List Authorizations and inspections begin

      -Fencing Authorizations and inspections begin

      -Youth Authorizations and inspections begin
      9am-11am- Div 2 & 3 Inspection and Pickups
      11am-12pm Div 2&3 Lunch break. Div 1 Pickups
      12pm-12:45pm- All Division Authorizations (Parent/Legal guardian MUST be present if authorizing)
      12:45pm-2pm- Div 2&3 Tournaments

  • 9 am  -Merchants Open

              -Classes begin (Final schedule announced in the site booklet)

  • 11 am  -All Tournaments to begin
  • 2 pm - All Tournaments end
  • 3 pm  - Fashion Show
  • 4 pm  - Stonemarche Baronial Court to begin
  • 5 pm  -Royal Court to begin
  • 7 pm   -Merchants close
  • 8 pm   -Dancing begins
  • 11 pm  -Dancing ends

Please note: Birka ends at midnight

  • East Kingdom Curia will be held at 10:00 am on Sunday, in the Stark room. All questions regarding Curia should be directed to the EK Seneschal.
  • As in years past, the hotel will be providing food stations around the site for lunch time for a small fee.
  • Please remember to have your token visible at all times. This makes it much easier for our security staff to do their jobs as unobtrusively as possible.
